2. Services and Products

2.1 Personal Growth Courses

ClarityEdgeLab offers interactive live courses and workshops focused on personal growth and skill development.

2.2 Digital Products

Digital materials such as e-books, video series and online modules are provided for personal use.

2.3 Physical Products

Branded items, workbooks and printed materials are available for purchase.

3. Registration and Accounts

You may need to create an account to access certain services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.

4. Fees and Billing

Fees for services and products are listed on the website and are subject to change. Billing occurs at the time of order or registration.

5. Refund Policy

5.1 Live Courses and Workshops

Refund requests for course fees must be submitted in writing at least 7 days before the scheduled start date. Approved refunds are processed using the original billing method within 14 days of approval. If you cancel less than 7 days before start, no refund is available. You may reschedule a session up to 48 hours before its start without additional fees, subject to availability.

5.2 Digital Products

Digital products are eligible for refund only if requested within 7 days of access and provided that no downloads have been completed. Approved refunds are processed within 14 days via the original billing method. After this period or following download, no refund is available.

5.3 Physical Products

Merchandise may be replaced or refunded within 30 days of delivery. The item must be unused and in original packaging. Approved refunds are processed within 14 days after we receive the item back. You are responsible for shipping costs unless the item is defective. After 30 days, replacements or refunds are not available.

6. Access and Use

Use of ClarityEdgeLab.com is subject to these terms. You agree not to disrupt or interfere with the platform.

7. Intellectual Property

All content provided by ClarityEdgeLab is owned by ClarityEdgeLab and protected by intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClarityEdgeLab is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of its services.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
